  •  P&J Live has been designed to be a living environment to attract people and wildlife to the area
  •  P&J Live is powered by Aberdeen’s food and garden waste
  •  98.8% of all materials have been reused on-site

Welcome Reception – Art Gallery

Delegates are invited to join us for a welcome reception at Aberdeen Art Gallery on the evening of Monday 24 June 2024.

Conference Dinner – Beach Ballroom

The Conference Dinner and Ceilidh will take place at the city’s iconic Beach Ballroom – a Category B listed Art-Deco building on the sea front of Aberdeen.

The Beach Ballroom is home to one of Scotland’s finest dance floors. It floats on steel springs which gives dancers extra bounce when dancing – an experience not to be missed.

Include your ticket for the dinner when registering.

Workshops – Old Aberdeen Campus

A range of pre- and post-conference workshops will take place at various locations around the University of Aberdeen’s Old Aberdeen Campus.

Even if you are not joining a workshop, the campus is well worth a visit. You can take in the King’s College Chapel, the Botanic Gardens as well as the near-by St Machar Cathedral and Seaton Park.
